Chris, a 28-year-old entrepreneur, brings over a decade of restaurant industry experience. Starting as an entry-level employee at Zaxby's, he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming General Manager by age 24—the youngest in his franchise group. As GM, Chris excelled in managing operations, team-building, and financial oversight, driving profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction.
After leaving Zaxby’s in 2023, he joined KPOT, where he introduced employee surveys that boosted staff engagement and performance. Known for his leadership and commitment to service, Chris maintains high guest satisfaction, with ratings averaging 4.3/5 stars.
Outside of work, Chris is a dedicated community mentor, offering guidance and support to local youth, earning respect as both a business and community leader.
Shaping our Path
Throughout his career in the service industry, Chris realized that leadership shapes an organization's success. He came to see his role as more than managing daily tasks—it was about using his influence to develop future leaders who would make lasting impacts on their communities. This led to his leadership philosophy of "King-Making."
Inspired by the historical figure Richard Neville, the 16th Earl of Warwick, a kingmaker during the War of the Roses, Chris adopted this concept into leadership training. His philosophy centers on elevating those around him, helping them reach their full potential and become "Kings" in their own right.
